Approval One is a third-party collection agency located in San Diego, CA.  Approval One was founded in 1998 and specializes in the collection of city, state and governmental accounts.  In 2009, Approval One was acquired by Conrad Companies.  This increment brings years of industry expertise to Approval One's already seasoned employees, and a complete full service financial center from billing, to funding to default collections.
